The Mane Oasis Salon.

The Mane Oasis is seeking a talented, professional, and customer-focused Licensed Hair Stylist to join our growing salon team. This role is ideal for a stylist who is passionate about hair care, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment.

As a Licensed Hair Stylist at The Mane Oasis, you will provide a full range of hair services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, sanitation, and customer service. You will build and maintain a loyal clientele, collaborate with fellow stylists, and contribute to a positive and welcoming salon culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, braiding, silk presses, and protective styles (based on skill set).
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state board regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Educate clients on proper hair care, maintenance, and product usage.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Work collaboratively with salon management and team members.
Promote salon services, retail products, and personal brand through professionalism and social media (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Active and valid state cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a hair stylist preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Passion for hair health and continued education.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
